I´m at my flat. I&severe;m wearing a yellow vest, matching knee length yellow socks, and onto my adorable little feet I’ve got on a couple of white Converse shoes. Strapped about my bum, and very soggy indeed, is a Tena Slip Plus diaper. I have a tiny bad back, severe, therefore I ;ve taken my yoga mat to do some moves on the ground. I&extreme;assist my training go smoother and m working out to provide me magical power! I hit my poses on the ground, hitting different places to alleviate the tension on my entire body and allow me to feel better. Along with also the simple fact that my Tena Slip and is full to exploding is only helping matters! Every time my bum moves on the mat, so I can listen to it squelch, and I really like the wet sensation. I´m feeling more relaxed by the second, however I´m in no hurry to stop. If a lot more folks did their exercises at a soaking wet diaper 😉
